Pallet-Track shortlisted in UK Customer Experience Awards

Logistics specialist Pallet-Track has been shortlisted in this year’s UK Customer Experience Awards.

A finalist in the Travel, Transport, Hospitality and Retail category, the Wolverhampton-based pallet network faces stiff competition from big-name businesses including Virgin Trains, Ocado and Go Ape – the final decision will be made by a team of experienced judges in September.

Created to recognise and reward outstanding achievement in customer experience across a multitude of sectors and disciplines, the UKCX Awards aim to showcase best practice among some of the country’s leading organisations – spotlighting the talented teams and individuals within the businesses.

Nigel Parkes, founder and managing director at Pallet-Track, said: “It’s a testament to our central team and members that we have been shortlisted against such inspiring organisations which all hold customer care in the highest regard.

“Since starting our business back in 2004, we have never lost a consignment – an unparalleled record in the industry – and this is mainly down to the fact that we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction.
“Many of our 80 plus members will tell you that this is something which truly sets us apart from rival networks and our reputation for customer care has enabled us to achieve year on year growth.”
Neil Copping, general manager of Awards International, said: “The quality of entries has been impressive – it’s inspirational to see so many organisations taking customer experience seriously and using it to deliver great business results.

“I would like to congratulate the finalists and look forward to celebrating and rewarding their success at the awards ceremony.”
